My son saw a car online that he wanted to view. We travelled across the pennines to view it. The team couldnt have been easier to deal with and offered a test drive without quibble. We agreed a mutally satisfactory deal and all went smoothly with everything agreed completed and collected the car a week later. A couple of weeks later we had very minor problem and I have to say this is where a business shows it metal. They were superb, with excellent communication and a quickly agreed resolution to fix. They really are a customer centric business and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Just bought a lovely Merc from Rogers. Really easy to deal with,very professional and did all they they said they would and more. Car comes with free 12 month warranty too. Will certainly be looking to use them again.

Adam - what a legend! He showed me such patience during my journey of buying my first car aged 42!! He reassured me of the cars condition, helped me to understand emissions etc and included a fresh service, MOT and new tyres the day before I drove it off! I felt very taken care of and extremely reassured and generally had a very lovely time. The car was spick and span and I love it!! I have since called Adam about a hundred times regarding various car quirks and he knows exactly what he's on about and continues to be lovely despite having already made the sale! All in all I would highly recommend these guys as being pro's who look after their customers very well and have high standards. Thanks Adam :-)

Impressed with the full and clear information supplied by the company about the car. Friendly and helpful staff who listened and responded to my questions and did everything they promised. All in all my purchase was stress free. As a postscript to my review I can add that when my car recently needed a repair I was let down by a national chain of repairers because of their closed shop buying policy for spares. It was over the Christmas holiday period and a call to Rogers resulted in their taking over the job of ringing around to find a supplier and arranging for a local garage to fit it and finally liaising with the warranty company re payment. The company didn't have to do all this but they didn't hesitate to help, taking the stress out of a very difficult situation. I can commend this dealer for customer care and service wholeheartedly.

Rogers of Brock are a great garage to deal with, no hassle and nothing is too much trouble, Adam who we dealt with was so helpful without being pushy, a great experience all round from start to finish. We will not hesitate to deal with them in the future

He answered all of my questions clearly and quickly, guided me through changing my plates and organised the new tax payments for me.
